Saccardi & Schiff, Inc. provides planning and development consulting services to public, private and not-for-profit clients. The firm's principals and approximately 20 staff members are experienced in master planning, zoning, market analysis, land planning, housing and environmental studies.

John Saccardi and Dave Schiff each have over 30 years of professional planning experience, including working together at Saccardi & Schiff, Inc. since the firm was established in 1988. Both principals are members of the American Institute of Certified Planners.

The firm’s other senior staff members: Syrette Dym, AICP, David Smith, AICP, Bonnie Von Ohlsen, RLA and Nina Peek, AICP, are also seasoned planning professionals with extensive public and private sector experience.

Both John and David are very active with professional organizations and area colleges and universities, including Pace University’s Land Use Law Center, for whom they are frequently called upon to lecture on housing and environmental issues, among other topics.
